The Operations Manager is involved in the day-to-day operations of the cleaning and maintains safety standards and procedures. He/She is involved in the analysis and monitoring of operational data to ensure potential problems are averted. He/She also oversees the implementation of workflow improvements that may enhance customers' satisfaction, as well as optimise the use of the organization’s resources.

The Operations Manager is a good communicator and has good negotiation skills. He/She has strong problem solving and analytical skills and may be required to work irregular hours.

• Manage staff and assign duties, plan budgets and authorize expenditures, resolve customer complaints.

• Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.

• Supervise the existing businesses and team on all operations, preparation and oversight of the operational activities.

• Develop and implement marketing strategies, identify and evaluate business opportunities and foster strong customer relationships.

• Preparation of reports including monthly performance, quarterly and yearly business reviews

• Builds relationships and communicate effectively with customers and team. Report and updating operating procedures.

• Hire, lead, mentor and manage local staffs, also identify and evaluate business opportunities and foster strong customer relationships.

• Strong leadership, problem-solving and interpersonal skills with ability to exercise command and control.

• Review operational processes of the business to provide constructive feedback on the improvement of the business.

• Strong analytical and readiness in a fast-paced environment.

• Able to work independently and multitask.

• Self-motivated, responsible, positive work attitude and a team player

• Ability to plan, manage and execute work effectively.

Work Hours :-

• Work start from 7am , may be required to work irregular hours

• 6 days a week

• Weekly one off

• Might have different work locations based on work requirement

Requirements: -

• Degree

• Minimum 2 years of related working experience & knowledge in the cleaning industries.

• Good communication skills with professional email etiquette.
